Not completely satisfied with your order? No worries, that can happen! At Coachimal World, you have the right to register your return within 14 days of receiving your package.

How to Return Your Order

1. Mailbox Parcels (Shipped via MyParcel) If your original shipping label mentions MyParcel, you can use our automated return portal. Please note that return shipping costs apply and will be charged during the portal process:

1. Go to our return portal (or go to the Track & Trace page and click the Return button).
2. Enter your postal code and the barcode from your original shipping label.
3. Pay for the return label, download and print it, attach it to the package, and drop it off at a designated shipping point.

2. Standard Parcels (All other shipments) For standard packages, you can return your item using any shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Submit the Return Form: Fill out the Return Form below with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
2. Ship your package: Pack the item(s) securely and drop it off at your preferred carrier.
3. Keep your proof of postage: Make sure to hold on to your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.

Important Return Conditions

To receive a full refund, please take note of the following conditions:

• Item Condition: Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and (where reasonably possible) in their original packaging.
• Damaged Items: If an item is returned damaged or shows clear signs of use upon arrival, a depreciation fee may apply. In this case, the full purchase amount will not be refunded.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for the return transport. Please ensure the parcel is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once we have received and inspected your return in good order, we will send you a confirmation email. The due amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.
