5. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Spain.
- Delivery times provided on the website are indicative.
- Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
- 14-Day Right: As a consumer residing in the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel and return your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- Period: The 14-day period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the product.
- Returns: To exercise this right, you must inform us via email before the 14 days have elapsed. You must return the products within 14 days after notifying us.
- Condition: Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where reasonably possible.
- Return Costs: Unless agreed otherwise, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
- Refund: We will refund the full purchase amount, including standard outgoing delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your return notification (or proof of return shipping).
7. Conformity and Legal Guarantee
- We warrant that our products comply with the agreement, the specifications stated on the website, and reasonable requirements of usability and safety.
- Under EU and UK consumer law, you are entitled to a legal guarantee. If a product is defective or does not function as expected, please contact us promptly so we can offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
- If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, you retain the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
- Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where you reside or where the Seller is established.
