Our card game is designed for children (from age 6) and adults of all ages. The game can be played at different difficulty levels so everyone can join in right away!

You can play the game with 2-4 players. Ideal for a fun game night together or at a children’s party!

Depending on the chosen difficulty level, a game takes about 15-60 minutes. Easier levels lean toward the lower end of this range, making them perfect for young children with short attention spans, while higher levels trend toward the longer end, offering a fun challenge for those who enjoy more depth.

Absolutely! The cards are printed on sturdy, thick playing card paper and finished with a protective matte laminate coating so they can withstand rough handling (and little spills). Easy to hold thanks to the large card size (A7 format).

If you are looking for the complete game experience without the extra accessories, the Advanced Bundle is an excellent choice. For our youngest explorers who are just starting out and prefer simpler calculations, the Beginner Bundle is a wonderful way to start. Looking for the full experience, including all the premium accessories? The Expert Bundle is the ultimate way to complete your collection!

While not required to play the core game, the Expansion Pack adds a rewarding layer of strategy and even more fun! Please note that the Expansion Pack is unlocked for players who reach the Advanced Coach Rank.

Yes! A single copy of the game (or small accessories such as a scorecard, Player’s Companion and art prints) fit(s) through a standard mailbox. If you see ‘Mailbox Parcel’ selected during checkout the package fits right through a standard mailbox.

Of course. Unused and unopened games (in the original shrinkwrap) can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please follow the instructions in the MyParcel return portal. For more details on returns, please visit our returns page.

If the outside of the box is severely damaged, you have the right to refuse the package at delivery, and it will be sent back to us automatically. If you’re unsure or want to check the contents, we recommend taking photos of the damaged box before opening it and contacting us right away.

Oh no, our apologies! Send us an email with a photo of the issue to info@coachimalworld.com, and we will fix it immediately and free of charge.
