- Mailbox Parcel (Track & Trace): Fits directly through your mail slot (max thickness 3.2 cm)—includes end-to-end Track & Trace, so no need to be home for delivery. Applies to small orders (a single Coachimal World Game, the Expansion Pack, a single Beginner Bundle, a single Advanced Bundle, Art Prints, Player’s Companion, Scorecard) that fit through the mail slot (total order weighs less than 500 grams).
- Standard Parcel (Track & Trace): Standard parcel delivery with full end-to-end Track & Trace. Applies to larger orders (multiple Coachimal World Games, the Expert Bundle, Wooden Card Holders, Playmats) that don’t fit through the mail slot (and/or weigh more than 500 grams).

Order Processing & Cut-off Times
- Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 15:00 CET on business days are processed and shipped the same day.
